Astrolite Joins Hypothetic
The improvisational jazz trio Astrolite has jumped on board with Hypothetic Music.  The Prophet, Fuzzy, and Astrolite make up this group of a different groove, and are ready to take on the music world.  Their energetic, and sometimes enigmatic astral groove is a real trip live.  Wailing, feedbacking saxophone, hypnotic drum rhythms, and lucid bass lines compose the bulk of Astrolite's sound.
The group plans to release a live recording (the only way this group could capture their unique, living sound) in the coming months.  Hypothetic music will provide access to the release when it is ready.

It's Crucial

Hypothetic affiliated band The Rioters has released their debut CD, Crucial.  Nine beautiful reggae tracks comprise this album, including the live show favorites "Rudie" and "Jennifer's Crying".  Ace Magazine reporter Chris Webb reviewed the disc and calls it "evocative," and "profound."
The Rioters have recently been doing very well in the clubs, seeing large crowds on a regular basis.
